General Meik is an enemy from the fan series Time and Space. He was the leader of the people of Gull, which is a cult determind to bring back the Master. Meik led his people on a man hunt to find the Doctor, using a machine that can hack into the Master's tardis to travel in time. Jeb was the one who found where the Doctor was headed. He told Meik that the Doctor was indeed coming to Hornesko. Meik then assigned Jeb to bring the Doctor here. Meik is a character who can be seen as a villain who would cause havoc, but doesn't. It is not known whether he lived or died the events of Degeneration
